This notice describes the current LoopMint Studio presentation website. It does not describe a future client system, AI receptionist, payment service or customer portal.
Contacting us
The contact form builds an email draft on your device and opens your email app. The website does not submit the form to a database. If you send the draft, your email provider and the studio’s email provider process the message. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Local preferences
Theme, motion and sound preferences may be stored in your browser’s local storage. Sound still requires a fresh user gesture after navigation. You can clear these preferences through your browser settings. No advertising or analytics scripts are included.
Hosting
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Requests necessarily include technical information such as IP address, requested URL and browser headers, which the hosting provider may process for delivery, security and service operations.
AI, calls and messaging
No live AI assistant, call recording or SMS service is connected to this website. Concept conversations are labeled illustrations. Any future AI or recording service needs appropriate disclosure and consent before use. Marketing consent is not collected through this site.
Retention and requests
The website maintains no contact-form database. Email enquiries are handled outside this site. To ask about information in an enquiry, request access or deletion, or clarify retention, contact contact@loopmint.com. Service-specific retention terms must be established before a live customer system is launched.
